Actually, NWN with all official expansion packs probably has the largest bestiary of any RPG I played. Add usermade modules & community expansion packs and you can increase that half-again probably. There was one NWN module by a professional horror artist with a custom rubenesque boss with 6 tits that could jump/fly up into the sky out of sight (if you didn't have skyboxes enabled), then she'd dive-bomb down on top of you, repeat & rinse. Now that was a cool bestiary bitch in an RPG if ever there was one.
