I much prefer reactivity to narrative "choice and consequences". Nice to see conditional based dialogue options, which ties into gameplay and gives more control to the player.

And if the player’s character is female and has sufficiently high charisma, she can flirt with the guards.

Totally stoked for this game! As of this post's writing, we're only about 10,500 Euros or 11,785 USD from getting Monks at launch!

(I know I threw in money as part of the kickstarter but) I'm starting to think that this project probably deserves a "Vapourware" label.....

On a serious note, when do you think the next update will be given?

Just a screen given in discord. A least, we can gamble while waiting for it.

The platinum coin looks stupid, nobody makes shit out of platinum, let alone coins. The value of gold comes from its visuals and it rarity, platinum looks like fucking silver, medieval society won't be able do differentiate between silver and platinum, thus it makes no sense i having such coins! Better to come up with some fantasy bullshit name than be platinum, mithril could do the trick.

What peer to peer (instead of casino) gambling minigames in RPGs really need is the ability to win more than just money. If a gambler is low on money but sure of a good hand, they might put up a precious item (like a magic sword as an example) for a bet, but this will only occur if they're low on money and think they can win so you can't win it by just creaming them and instead have to keep them in the game but low on funds.
