I wanna know which types of CRPG's have choices that actually matter. Stuff like the oG Fallouts, Fallout NV, Arcanium, you know the go.

Fallout's C&C is overrated IMO. I prefer C&C with non obvious consequences, and sadly with Fallout most of it boils down to ending slides.

Uncharted Waters 2 technically *is* an rpg and has C&C like CK2 so I gotta go with that
The Prophet (NWN module) is a game *about* C&C and gives you the ultimate C&C as well
Daibanchou probably has the 2nd most C&C out of the good Alicesoft games after KR
Beats Blade Haruka is a bad game but there are multiple endings you can work towards
Rance X also has multiple endings, most of them VERY BAD
C&C seems to be more suitable for adventure games such as Maniac Mansion and The Last Express. Adam Cadre adventures such as Varicella and I-0 are full of C&C.

Star Control 2 ofc has a ton of C&C although it's not technically a RPG.

A cool thing they did in New Vegas was have a Kings member periodically approach you in Freeside and give you some free supplies if you had a positive rep with them. That level of reactivity is really simple to implement, but it goes a long way to make the player feel like his actions matter.

Oblivion provides excellent C&C, you have the choice to play it and the consequence of suffering a shite game

I liked the C&C in Arcanum. Much of it was towards the end slides, but there was plenty of it in game affecting quest access or completion style.

The Witcher games. but particularly The Witcher 2.

Baldur's Gate II

Alpha Protocol, even if it's a crap game imo.

Oh yes, The Witcher II definitely!

And for KotoR: I wasn't only talking about the main story, the side quests have some nice c&c as well!
