Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
Well to be honest, party AI is useless in difficulties above the normal one. You need to pause and micromanage every ability, except for really easy battles

It is, and it would be expected and good if this shit wasn't RTwP crap.

Still, who fucking needs AI playing the game for you? I played 2.0 and never used it.

So I haven't been following the game for like 150 pages.

Is it good, yet? What's the codex concensus?

Its what i expected from a upgraded FNV. Every quality of that game but less flaws from it. Gunplay seems fine , face animations and animations looks rough as any Obisidian game , dialogue is good , written so far seems good , quest design seems great so far , etc. They're clearly playing safe.

I do like the music and sound effects (much better than expected actually). Guess they have implemented them over the last month.

Why did it have to be on the only site that doesn't use YouTube?

https://www.gamereactor.eu/we-sampled-the-outer-worlds-at-tgs-in-japan/

We sampled The Outer Worlds at TGS in Japan
Obsidian's RPG was there to sample at the event, and we tried it out once more ahead of its launch next month.

We've played The Outer Worlds already this year in Munich (check out our preview text here), but Obsidian's RPG was also on show at the Tokyo Game Show, so we gave it another try in Japan to see what else it had to offer.

As a result of this we have almost 20 minutes of gameplay to share below, showing you an early portion of the game. Here you can see us interacting with various characters and testing out the dialogue system, as well as seeing the customisation options available and - as expected - getting into some fights.

At Gamescom we found out that The Outer Worlds provides a "player-driven story", and we only have to wait until October 25 to check this out.

Have you had your eye on The Outer Worlds?

They did improve the sounds effects but there is something off about the gameplay footage ... or maybe it's in my mind.

I'm constantly thinking about one thing: "How can this game be any good if it has less charm than F:NV!?"

We couldn't see the summary (stats) and the perks. We only saw the skills in detail. Every single increase in skills has been like skyrim. (novice-master - 1/5 - LVL 50 before and after development status is different.) It's nice to have different effects. Clean, simple and convenient. "Quests" and "Companions" in the game menu have been removed. (These were in the previous version) It's not clear where he's gonna be right now. The effect of visual improvement is noticeable. They have dialogue systems. Under normal circumstances, this game should not be bad. (At least with these mechanics) The game appeals to mainstream. If the game is full (quests, live life..etc.), it may even be the game of the year.

I dont think the companion screen was removed, its only appers when you have a companion and this was before you get Parvati.
