Do crocodiles actually like to be petted? Note how his first instinct is to bite the owners finger. Everyone in the comments says the noise he makes is the way crocodiles call for their mom. Now does it think the owner petting her is the mom or is it scared and crying for help?
I guess I am sceptical if crocodiles or in fact any kind of reptiles make good pets. I guess at best they don't really give a fuck about you and at worst they'll want to eat you. Would be kinda awesome to call my crocodile buddy if someone gives me shit, tho.

It wasn't meant to insult pet reptiles. I am in fact against pet reptiles because they're basically a (much) more demanding goldfish. Not to mention when they escape they'll disturb your neighbors.
Dogs/cats all the way. They're not easy but if you can't take care of them, you can't take care anything more difficult than a goldfish.
