Wrath of the Righteous – Main Theme

Dear Pathfinders,

In this update we want to introduce you to one of the key elements of our game – the music that will set the tone for the coming adventure. Feast your ears on the main theme from Wrath of the Righteous, which you will encounter on the game’s start screen.

The music was written by one of our top composers, Dmitry Silantyev. You may remember him from our previous project, Pathfinder: Kingmaker, where he crafted a number of incredible musical compositions, including the boss themes for all the chapters and the music in the capital. In Russia, Dmitry is also well known for his music in projects such as Armored Warfare, Skyforge, Niffelheim, and Aima Wars.

Later we’ll tell you more about the composers working on Wrath of the Righteous, and we’ll share interesting tidbits about our approach to the game’s sound design. But for now, let us know what you think of the main theme in the comments!

To arms!

Dmitry V. Silantyev? I wonder if he has any relationship to Yury Silantyev, famous conductor of Pop Symphony Orchestra of the Central Television and All-Union Radio.

Even in the case that social goals aren't reached, we absolutely MUST get that modding support. It is not negotiable.

I still haven't played Kingmaker, but I think I'll back this when I get paid.

How worthwhile are the Kingmaker DLCs?

Wildcards is mandatory, it adds the Tiefling twins that are topping Pink Eye's poll. And they're both Kineticists, which is the most OP class by far if you build it right.

Varnhold's Lot is a side mini-campaign, telling the story of what happens at the neighbouring barony during chapters 2 and 3. It was fun, but can be skipped. It doesn't add much to the main campaign.

Beneath the Stolen Lands adds a separate roguelike mode that I never bothered with, and a huge dungeon in the main campaign. That dungeon's final boss, with all secrets, was probably the most fun and challenging battle I had in the entire game. Get it if you care about dungeoneering and combat, can be safely skipped otherwise.

Yeah. We have to get it. That way, TB people can create their own mod and fuck off.

They had a turn-based mod even in the first game that supposedly didn't support mods. They should've already shut the fuck up about it and let us finally have a good RTwP game in peace.
