Harmon’s instrumental talents, which include proficiency on the cello, guitar and keyboards.
And a number of Boston team's devs came from Harmonix (which employed many of ex-LGS devs).

If Boston studio still has some developers, I'd imagine they will try to fund their own unannounced project (supposedly Thick as Thieves, a Thief-like game).
Googled out of curiosity, found this:
https://www.bostonherald.com/2007/12/14/thick-as-thieves-is-the-real-steal/
"Sitting in Boston’s Other Side Cafe, the three remaining members of Thick as Thieves expressed grief about losing Harmon’s instrumental talents, which include proficiency on the cello, guitar and keyboards."
So that's where they steal all those names from. Cafés and bands?
Fabulous optimist
I don't want Arkane anywhere in close proximity to Otherside. The former have some talent, the latter don't.Step#1: Zenimax/Bethesda should buy Otherside.
Step#2: Arkane with Otherside and Colantonio make SS3.
Solved.
how the fuck does otherside have branches?Otherside branch

Lost Boys Interactive opens Austin studio
Former System Shock 3 design director Chase Jones and former Human Head co-owner Timothy Gerritsen join company
Wisconsin-based co-development studio Lost Boys Interactive has announced it will open a second studio in Austin, Texas.
Additionally, the company has hired Chase Jones as chief design officer, and Timothy Gerritsen as its COO.
Jones' most recent role was as design director on the seemingly-canceled System Shock 3 with OtherSide Entertainment. Prior to that, Jones worked in design roles at Atlassian, Microsoft, and Junction Point Studios.
Gerritsen joins the company from his prior role as head of studio at Fantasy Flight Interactive. He also worked as studio director for Irrational Games --notably during its work on BioShock Infinite -- and co-owner and director of business development for Human Head Studios.
"Opening an office in Austin allows us access to additional top-quality talent as we increase our development capability," said CEO Shaun Nivens.
"Austin and Madison share a lot of similarities that have created great game development communities, and being able to leverage the best aspects of both markets will expand our capability to create amazing game experiences for our partners and audience."

It's pretty clear what Otherside does right now. Everyone is waiting for them to close down, but they aren't closing. They fired everyone and are now keeping OS formally alive as a shell company. Why? Because if they officially close or go bankrupt, all their work on SS3 and the publishing rights go to Starbreeze. Starbreeze has a $6.8 million claim against Otherside because of the investment they made in SS3 which Otherside has to repay.
The OS guys are still hoping that Starbreeze will provide funding to complete a much smaller and less ambitious verison of the game so as to not lose their entire $6.8 million investment for nothing. Once they go bankrupt, Starbreeze can decide whether to do this with a new team. As long as OS is alive on paper, Starbreeze can't do anything.
By not declaring bankruptcy and maintaining a letter box somewhere, Otherside is holding Starbreeze hostage. "Pour more money in our crap company or your $6.8 million will have been wasted for nothing."
Starbreeze is in a terrible situation and the sociopaths at Otherside are callously taking advantage of it. Biting the hand that fed them $6.8 million.

If they close down and they have more liabilities than assets (Starbreeze's payment is a liability, rights to UA is a - worthless - asset), the creditors take control of the company and get all the assets. Assuming Starbreeze is the only relevant creditor (they are certainly the biggest one by far), that means Starbreeze essentially takes over the firm.
If it doesn't make sense to continue operations, I still believe the creditors take over the company and all the assets.

Again, this is not what happens in a case of bankruptcy. In a typical Chapter 7 bankruptcy, a trustee will take over and sell off the assets (this is what "liquidation" means). The proceeds will be distributed among the creditors
