A screenshot of Frostpoint from gumi's Q3 report: https://ssl4.eir-parts.net/doc/3903/ir_material_for_fiscal_ym/78208/00.pdf

Now it describes this game as a "team-based FPS".

microsoft buys two medium-sized RPG studios and has them both make crappy battle royale games
genius

This game has not much to do with Microsoft. Project was started before the acquisition and it will still be published and funded by gumi (Japanese publisher), instead of Microsoft.

So,they are making numanuma 2....it will be glorious incline of codexian mockery. I approve,we do need a new disaster of a game,it has been whole 3 years since numanuma.

Hunted had Lan Co-Op and is somewhat similar to the LotR game that also had lan coop,
so there are pretty neat to play locally.

First person Wasteland game maybe?
I wonder how much tech they're sharing with obsidian now, could be based on stuff built for outerworlds.

Heh, somehow missed Brian Hicks, director of DayZ after the departure of Dean Hall, is working at inXile as Creative Director: https://twitter.com/hicks_206

Most likely working on Frostpoint.

He left inXile, and joined the company of Dean Hall.

Wonder what's going on with Frostpoint. It was supposed to be released last year and now lost its creative director.
