My money on The Wticher: Enhanced Edition: Director's Cut: Perfection Incarnate. It will be a remake of the first game running on The Witcher 2 engine. Platforms: PC, Xbox 360, PS3.

There's a sf writer called Jacek Dukaj, one of the most profilic authors in Poland nowadays. Things hinting the next game may be based on his novels:

a) CDP says some of its people need an artistic relief, so it would be wise to move away from grimdark fantasy. Also, after crushing Dragon Age they would probably want somw sci-fi title to rival Mass Effect.
b) English translations of the works of Dukaj are rumored to be in the works. It's not easy fr a Polish author to be published in English and Sapkowski (already an European star at that time) has only acheived it with the help of the game.
c) CDP has hired Tomek Baginski, an animator closely connected with Dukaj (he even was an Oscar nominee for an animation based on Dukaj's short story).
