Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire
Crysis 2 takes place in a New York City plagued by an alien disease that dissolves people. Wearing a corona-proof Nanosuit, the player must navigate narrow corridors that weren't at all limited by the Xbox 360's hardware to find a vaccine before the US Marine Corps runs out of toilet paper.

A funny thing is that the game was released 5 months after New Vegas, and in Crysis 2 you take orders from an ancient, reclusive businessman that's using technology to extend his life, who has his own private army (most of whom turned on him quicker than you can say "Omertas") and thinks he's the only person who can save the planet.
I was allowed access to Roguey's spy footage from the hidden camera in John Gonzalez' home, and you can see him holding a rope and tying a noose, before changing his mind and dropping it to the floor, and going outside to find and brutally beat Eric Fenstermaker instead.
