Those BG days were awesome. I spent hundreds of hours on BG1-2 to the end of ToB.

Then 8 years later hundreds of hours again replaying with mods like BGT, SoS, ToD and others.

Now I am playing something called the Big World Project, which will take years to finish if I ever do.

    I love this game

I hope Dragon Age can come close to this, we shall see.

That explains why Imoen's lines were so out-of-place at times.

Even if I were, I would never admit to being even 1/10th that knowledgeable of the SW's story line. My issue, not yours.

i liked BG 1-2 and the Icewind Dales games, and as long as I like it im gonna play it regardless of others opinions on the game.

yeah i was suspecting her of taking strong drugs behind my back sometimes when she began her bantering.

Ha, that happens to me all the time.

I decide to play a game that's universally praised everywhere else on the net, even by other so-called 'hardcore' RPG sites - then I come here to see what the codex thinks and my hopes are dashed :(

I finally realised the codex really is just a bunch of angry cunts who find fault in anything that's not Fallout, Arcarnum or (sometimes) PS:T. Of course I include myself in that group, because I too often hate games that get rave reviews everywhere. This is a good thing btw, someone's gotta play devil's advocate to bring some ballance.

Honestly, you'd never play anything other than the devine trilogy if just go by the opinions of the codex. Go play BG and form your own opinion.

Dark Sun is better than BG.
