    I'm seeing a news item here in Iceland about how 4 cinemas in Sweden adopted the Bechdel test as a standard for the films they choose to screen, and whether this standard should be applied in Icelandic cinemas.

    Only one cinema director bothered to respond, and she dismissed it citing the costs it would take to implement it. :smug:
