Previous reports about No Man's Sky upcoming update surfaced the internet by storm. Fans gained hope and anticipated that the update will bring life back to the game. But, the not-so-good news about No Man's Sky being acquired by competitors has recently created a buzz.

It was reported that Sean Murray and his epic game are on the rocks, and explanation from the creator itself is gone missing in action. With the disgust of gamers towards Sean Murray and Hello Games, No Man's Sky is about to face closure. Fans state that the game is too plain, shallow, and empty. Recent rumors state that gamers are expecting a refund from No Man's Sky since it wasn't able to deliver its promises.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft and Bethesda Softworks are on the rise in acquiring No Man's Sky. It was speculated that Hello Games supports the decision since a need to upgrade the game is highly appreciated. With gamers distrust to the No Man's Sky creators heightened, it is safe to say that Hello Games more likely support the decision. Also, Sean Murray is gone missing, thus the needed explanation about the slow development of the game is nowhere to be found.

As of the moment, the stated reports are rumors. But, with the crisis No Man's Sky is facing, this is not far way off to reality. It was reported as well that No Man's Sky is currently working the update, and it could be a surprise to the fans. The recent update will bring back life to No Man's Sky by incorporating Base Building, Crafting System, Multiplayer, etc., into the game.

As of the moment, our hopes are high that No Man's Sky will deliver their promise to all gamers. These are still rumors, and no confirmation yet from Sean Murray and Hello Games.

I love these little sites that make up hair-raising "rumors" to report on, but you really shouldn't use them as the basis of a discussion.

Just imagine a marketing campaign made by Pete, Todd and Sean.

And people treat Peter Molyneux as a hack.

Actualy this may not be bullshit, Todd would probably love to have algorithm that make the next elder scrolls 'play forever' and you will 'never run out of content' it's a great marketing gimmick for them.

He could just remaster Daggerfall if he wanted that.

What the Bethtards value most is a world that feels huge, realistic, and "epic". NMS assumed that sheer size would be enough to captivate this audience but they were only half-right. They got the explorefags fired up but unfortunately making everything procedurally generated spreads the veneer too thin and the illusion is shattered.

Todd and co are at least smart enough to design some shitty content for their walking simulators. It's enough to create the immersion and Chosen One RP experience the casuals crave, without actually being challenging enough to risk players dying and having their feelings hurt.

Of course anyone with any discernment can see it's all paper thin and the world is not truly reactive is any substantial way. But the mainstream RPG market isn't comprised of people with discernment (unlike the Codex). :obviously:
