well this short story is just kinda a piece of funny shit. no one really knows why i was dragged to the court. but i guess it was because me being major pain in the ass for every asshole in the politics who loves the law and order. of course it helps that court found it literature but truth is no writer should be prosecuted because of a fictional story. not in europe not in 21 century. but estonia is a satan's shithole. it becomes more like orbans hungary day by day. nationalism reigns supreme. and there is no place for transgressive nihilist communist writers. have to tell you, now, form london, this court case was really one of the best things ever happened to me. without it i'd probly still thinking only hardcore estonian thoughts :D

thanks, man. Estonian is less and less like a real language, there are some 900K native spekers, maybe some 30K active literature readers, maybe 100 who like modern transgressive literature. So compared to English or even to Russian... well they are like Windows or macOS and Estonian is like a trojan, a malware. It is not even "concealed" anymore from what I understand, as their ruling politicians appear to be pretty open about their ultra-nationalistic/xenophobic/anti-EU stances. See Poland, for example.
