Is there a funny pun-intended RPG / PnP game out there with things like "Care Factor", "Sarcasm Detection" and what-not? Something someone's made as a funnee for normal PnP-type-stuff?

You could try some of Steve Jackson's stuff, a lot of his games are funny like that (Spoofing PnP conventions, etc).

Not playing Paranoia is treason. If you're not playing Paranoia, you're not having fun. If you're not having fun, you're not happy. Unhappiness is treason.

OK, I believe you. Would you mind repeating that into that ultraviolet-coded microphone you see over there? Pay no attention to the very-laserlie-looking contraption right next to it, that's just a lamp.

I know about KOL and Paranoia - not quite what I'm after though. I took a look through Steve Jackson's site and couldn't find anything that jumped out to me there.

I was after something that if possible, was based around an office / workplace environment.
