It's not a "mister", Volourn doesn't exist outside of some scripting on David Gaider's computer.

I totally agree with you Mefi.
It has little to do with this whole TB vs RT thing.
It has everything to do with the game being an incomplete empty mess.

If he hates you, why doesn't he just kill the process for your script?

Publishers get boners from hard cash, they don't give a fuck about any feature, just about what people buy. People don't buy TB RPGs but they buy RT RPGs, so it's not interesting for publishers.

How about you first prove yourself right,, dickface. Its also a spelling mistake OMG.

Yes you do. I love rosh speak, it makes this so much easier.

Because you thought they made it RT just for money? I dont understand how you missed the point? Were you talking about all the OTHER games beside DL?

Really? So the only reason they made it was to make an RPG with RT combat? Besides you know a hack and slash rpg? GOSH THOSE DARN DIABLO GAMES ARE SUCH SELL OUTS
    lol

You were the one who attacked my position claiming that I was wrong. The burden of proof is on you. Cunt.

As for my position, it was explained many times before. Pay attention.

    Once again, prove it.

No doubt about that. However, that doesn't contradict the previous comment for obvious reasons.

    Are there any other features?

Pooper, you should do something about that low IQ of yours. First, Blizzard has always made RT games, so logically they can't be sell outs. Duh! Second, unlike many other RT games, Bliz games and Diablos in particular are way, way more than just RT HAWT AKSHUN games. I thought that was clear. Examples of the latter are Harbinger, Lionheart, FOBOS, and many games currently in development.

My point was not about all RT games, but about those that were made simply because RT is teh win. There is a difference. Here is an example: Grafan - other than RT they've got nothing. It's not about RT vs TB, so no need for those foolish "lol, do you think there was a choice between RT and TB". It's about the fact that there are developers and publishers who think that RT alone is enough to sell a game.

Look im not going to do that quote shit again

Your the one who had no proof for your claim, CUNT WIGGLER. YOur positions consists of Publishers think RT=sales? Please if its something else, just tell me. I dont know what your getting at? Are there any other features to games like TEMPLE OF EVIL? If you say the only feature is the RT in Dungeon Lords than practically the only feature in all games is what genre it is in. Look your not making sense since you said that the reason publishers make RT games is for the money? So if a company is going to make a hack and slash game with RT then its obivously just for the money right? And any game that was remotly like Mario is just for the sales purpose?

You have no proof that games like DL were made because RT games sell more. Theres not logic to it. RT is not a feature, its what the games are based around since you know its a combat RPG. Thats like saying FP is just a feature in a shooter.

OMG LOW IQ GOT ME GUT LOL

Yes, that is my position. I thought that was clear. Asshat.

Somehow that doesn't come as a shock

    Uh, yeah. Like tactical combat.

No. Compare D2, Sacred, Fate, and DL. Some games have more features, some game have less. DL has one.

No. Most games are made to make money, that goes without saying. Yet there are games where RT is a design choice, and there are games where RT is there simply because it's teh sell. Why do you think there was a RT mode in XCOM3 and FOT, for example? Why it was added to Arcanum and BIS' FO3?

No, of course not. Let's ignore the games that DW Bradley is known for, the games that his name is associated with. Let's pretend that the move to RT was perfectly normal and expected.

RT IS a feature, don't be silly. The problem is when it's the only feature, and a poorly done one at that.

There are interesting, outstanding, even original, or simply well done shooters, and then there is some shit where shooting at something in FP is all the game is about.

To combat the evil demons, duh!

Though I don't remember multiplay being Arcanum's main selling point, even if it was it didn't work very well seeing how no one is ever fucking playing.

There is a section on the official website with a fairly long feature set.
This is a sample I stole from elsewhere:
There, that's at least a few.

Unfortunately, none of these features have been fully finished or de-bugged. IN fact, some would go so far as to say that the RT combat is unfinished as well.
Therefore, I posit that DL has in fact NO features. And therefore no selling points. You are both wrong

IGN just gave it another trashing. 4.5.

When I figure out why this fuckwit Chinese OS on my gfs computer now refuses to cut and paste (not to mention not being able to find minimised windows) then I'll post a link.
