The verdict is a 4/5 stars, and they have this to say:

While I agree with others that the graphics are not first-rate, in my opinion "pretty and shiny" doesn’t always take the cake for a game. What creates more playability to me is the fun of the game, and sometimes that means a good storyline. As a writer, I have a soft spot in my heart for a good storyline, and I am one of those geeks that will actually read the quests and backstories for every NPC in the game. I got the chance to read the comic book available with the game, and thoroughly enjoyed it as a prelude to some of the action. Using one of the aspects I enjoyed from Baldur’s Gate so much, I enjoyed watching my party members make comments, offer advice, and get pissy at each other.

Does the story actually get better after the demo or something? Or is this more prelease hype leaking in to reviews?

I have a leaked copy, duh.

Anyway, I don't care - I've already preordered the game and should be getting it pretty soon.

You realize that the game has a cd-key and you can't play online without a legit one, right?

Are you going to make this an issue? Do you work for the RIAA, NL?

I'm not sure how you can steal something you've already preordered and paid for in full. Dumb fuck.

Now, now. If you find that you're overly sensitive to the accusation maybe you shouldn't bring the subject up

Anyway, do you know if you can transport the save game of the demo into the full game?

It's just really boring to hear people say, "Hey, he's Malaysian, he's gotta be a pirate."

What a load of crap. I happily buy original games so I don't appreciate the bullshit accusations.

And no, I don't think you can't use the save game from the demo into the full game. They're separate builds.

You are probably right, but separate/different builds does not automatically exclude save game compatibility; if the content is the identical up till that point in the full version is there is always a chance... (but admittedly remote, depends on what else has changed between builds)

I have done similar sorts of things with other games - even down to restoring some spoken dialog in a ripped version of a game by extracting it from the demo (yeah, only got the few hours of gameplay dialog, but still...).
Before I get accused of being a pirate I should point out that I'm a good boy now...

Whether pre-ordered or not you technically have an illegal copy dumbass.

Stealing? Well, the word "stealing" is just a little inefficient for things these days. You can't really steal any electronic media, because the original owner still retains possession. You are, however, playing the game before you would legally be able to.

Wasn't Ex condemning someone for being a software pirate, or pirates in general? And then in his thread where he was expressing his love for Troika and Bloodlines, someone pointed out that he was playing the game before he could own it.
