This is an incredibly good game. That is the first time I have said that in about ten years. The last game I played that gripped me like this was the original Half-Life and the first Fallout.

The only other games I have enjoyed in the interim have been the Penumbra trilogy.

I have had a strong sense that the majority of games just plain suck on so many levels it is difficult to describe why in brief.

I consider Fallout 3 to be one of the top ten greatest games of all time for the PC and the consoles for that matter. It's beyond awesome.

Well, what games have you played in the past three years, if you would like to tell us?

That's because you're gay. If you were straight the answer would have been Fallout 2, Planescape, or Arcanum.

OK, you liked it. You think you have high standards since you've liked very few games, yet you enjoyed the scrip-fest that is Half-Life. That makes Fallout 3 good?

    Troll harder.

Fallout 2 was a sad, demented effort by the gang of homeless vagrants and mentally challenged low wage illegal immigrants they brought in to replace the original team. Fallout : Tactics was even sadder and more limpid. BOS Fallout was just an excuse to push cartons of unsold games into heaps in a landfill somewhere.

So many, but almost always for fifteen minutes before pulling them out and using the disk as a drink coaster. Most modern games are utter tripes by retards who clearly read and write around a second grade level.

The Jewish conspiracy feels the need to do this every now and then. Remember Battlefield Earth? Gigli? Big Rigs?

Half-Life captured the essence of the Cold War in a way no other computer game ever has before it or afterwards.

Fallout 3. What's not in it? The game is such a rich single player experience it cannot be compared with a good novel because there are few novels ever written with that kind of replay value. I've completed it several times now and I feel I have not yet discovered 50% of the locations in the game and have missed huge elements of gameplay and strategy. Roleplaying the character with different karmas and approaches clearly changes lots of factors in the game in the way that only a truly superb game can.

its such a great game it has glaring plot holes which emil dismissed as "oh, yea we fucked that up, gameplay is more important than story"

Cleve only liked F3 because it features a veritable smorgasbord of underground bunker porn for him to fap off to.

I do believe that was a Scientologist conspiracy.

I just love how the codexian " Fallout , Planescape, Arcanum" Mujahideen feel the need to display their open-mind and range in any given opportunity.

Given Jaime's usual posts I'm almost sure he was sarcastic. So I'm sorry, Fecal Stink, you failed.

Also, liking Fallout 3 is not being open-minded, but fucking retarded.

I have to admit that line is so bad, I would almost suspect it to be a joke.

But then neither dialogue or humour have ever been Bethesdas strong suit.

Well, at least you liked Penumbra. Requiem was pretty ass, though.
