About that wishlist:
Not bad, second paragraph of the first item on the list and they've already got the name of a faction wrong. Either way, as for the wishlist as a whole-
EPIC BATTLES - Yeah, unnecessary and stupid. Fallout 3's battle for the purifier was hilariously shitty, and the battle for Hoover Dam was pretty poorly done (but touches like the Boomers flying in kinda saved it).
IMPROVED CRAFTING SYSTEM - I never even used the crafting system in Fo3 or FNV.
EMERGENT GAMEPLAY - That's a buzzword that doesn't mean a lot.
LIVLIER CITIES - Can't argue with that.
NEW ANIMATIONS - How about just firing Bethesda's animators since they fuck it up every single time.
MULTIPLE QUEST ROUTES - Can't argue here.
NEW GUNPLAY - The point about needing new gunplay is right, but check this out - "The VATS system in the Fallout games is terrific".
NO BUGS - What a weird thing to put on a wishlist, I actually wish for more bugs until the game is literally unplayable
SURVIVAL MODE - I know a lot of people are into this (one look at the top rated Skyrim or Fallout NV mods proves this) but I couldn't be bothered with "HARDCORE MODE" in NV because who gives a shit about finding food and water when you're supposed to be exploring the map.
VEHICLES - Bad idea. They refer to the Highwayman, ignoring the fact that this only worked because of the world map. Imagine vehicles in a Gamebryo game.
NEW GRAPHICS ENGINE - Would be nice.
ROGUE MODE - Would be stupid.
A WHOLE NEW WORLD - This is another weird wish, I for one was hoping that the Fallout 4 map is literally an exact replica of the Fallout 3 map with no changes at all (but more bugs)
BASE BUILDING - Is not necessary
CO-OP - I can't think of any way this would work without harming the game.
And also, while I was reading that list I noticed this in related:

Starts with a comparison to The Last of Us, gets worse from there.
