Because that's actually a good game.
Good games can have sub-par graphics and still be good.
Bad games without great graphics are worse than bad.

I know you were joking, but strings sounding far too epic is exactly the problem. Nuclear war doesn't need epic soundtrack to look terrifying. In fact, it doesn't need soundtrack at all.

Adding such a rich sound as orchestra with string section just makes you realize the whole thing isn't real.

The OST is not bad in and of itself, it just completely fails to fit the theme of the game.

It's actually pretty boring as far as OSTs go. But I don't think I'll ever be able to fairly evaluate OSTs after Revengeance and Undertale any more.

If a pretentious, obnoxious, and attention-seeking woman with a diva complex whose only redeeming feature is being attractive -because otherwise she is boring, dumb, and annoying- suddenly reappears looking like a troll even though she is filthy rich, wants to compete with supermodels and has wasted a lot of money in cosmetics, yeah, you are going to trash her even if you don't care about looks.

Amusingly/disappointingly, when I watched that release trailer I found myself getting super psyched to play the game, and then I realized, wow, that inspiring patriotic soundtrack is really doing its job distracting me emotionally from what I'm seeing.

Actually the faggotry started when Besthesda bought the Fallout IP, we are just watching the shit show and looking with macabre scientific curiosity towards those strange beings who for some reason think Fallout 3 and 4 are good games to be spoiled.

Spoilers are cheap no matter how good a game/movie/book is.

if bethesda hadn't written a sophomoric plot-twist centric story that can be summarized in one line then it being spoiled in one line wouldn't be a problem

Research shows spoilers actually enhance the experience. They'll enjoy that turd more than they would've otherwise, and we get some laughs while they throw a fit. Everybody wins.

You gotta celebrate, people! Fallout 4 is the most innovative Call of Duty title we've seen in years!

Am I the only one who thinks that they did the thing with androids because they couldn't come up with a story and decided to copy ideas out of other recent games, like they usually do?

I honestly think they're just that incompetent. It takes a real fucking bethesda moron to look at Fallout and come up with "yup, this is about family and family values alright". And they did it twice now.

They just wanted to make a game about androids and their theoretical duty to stick to the Fallout setting wasn't going to stop them.

No sir, that particular shade of green didn't tell me exactly where to go. Nor does the name of the artist sound familiar enough that I found it in under fifteen seconds.

    Nope.

Androids are the smartest move Bethesda has done yet, because their dialogue was always written in a way where you can't imagine a live human actually saying it.

They've had that bug up their ass since Fallout 3 considering The Replicated Man.

One of them liked Blade Runner so they did that whole stupid side quest, which had nothing to do with the series to that point, in Fallout 3. Then yeah, they still couldn't come up with an original story for the sequel, so they ripped themselves off* and did "find your dad" again and "that Blade Runner thing I guess?" again.

*different from artistically embellishing the series' now established themes
