When you help good people in a good way you should see good consequence. I see no problem in that. if it doesn't make the game worse there may be some advertising of good put in it.

Well that's just the thing, isn't it? There's nothing to really suggest that Killian is good. He's the law, and he's personable, but that doesn't mean that he isn't an authoritative asshole.
