Never seen a full episode. Is "frack" the substitute for "fuck" in that show? Good lord.

Well, the humans in the show are supposed to be our descendants (Earth is part of their mythology, it's actual existence is under much debate). So some parts of the language evolved I guess.

They also worship more than one god, so all devine references (inluding 'in vien') are in plural - as in "Thank the gods..." or "Gods almighty!"

Dunno what circ's talking about - best sci-fi series evar IMHO.
