So this game takes place 10-20 years before the original Deus Ex, but the technology is more advanced ? I like how we'll have some generic sci-fi gay ass HALO flying crafts (4th image), but 20 years after this game UNATCOs pilot Jock will be flying a chopper. Makes perfect sense...

So the Deus Ex universe functions like the 40k universe? After a couple of years they'll have forgotten all the advanced technology.

It kind of makes me wonder what Desu Ex 4 will be like... Steampunk?

Guys this is exactly what Ion Storm intended for the original Deus Ex, it just wasn't technically possible at the time!

So Manhattan now has a giant platform over it, which suddenly won't be there 20 years later in the fiction. And they've also got advanced VTOL technology, that will again cease to exist 20 years later, forcing them to go back to old fashioned helicopters. Also, they are trying way to fucking hard to make the protagonist look cool.
