I had over a million views on my previous YouTube channel. One day I hope to get that every year and be as great as Lilura. :)

Hell, I once posted a non-porn clip from a porn movie on youtube and got TWO MILLION views. Then some bitter asshole that tried to sell his products in my Comments section reported me for indecent material or some such shit because I deleted all his spam and I got my account deleted. I should try to do that again someday.

It does have fairly amusing and addictive PvP where you can get experimental with builds and items. Last time I played, games with inventive skill trees like PoE did not really have any PvP to speak of. The battlegrounds are quite satisfying and addictive, and are easily the best part of the game.

On the other hand, it is entirely lousy and boring when it comes to anything else in terms of gameplay. At least before they introduced the level scaling, it was interesting to explore dangerous locales above your level. Now the entire overland map is trivial. The instanced dungeons are the usual boring MMO stuff.

Note also that it is, in part, pay to win - or at least there is no real economy. You can get absolutely obscene amounts of gold for the price of a lunch by selling "crowns" (which you get for subscription or which you can buy separately). For example, you get about 500k gold for your monthly subscription crowns. That is generally enough to set you up for the rest of the game and buy the very best equipment. Meanwhile, everyone wastes hours upon hours on boring farming where they just stare at the screen, with zero fun or challenge. Granted, you don't really need gold that much after a certain threshold, but it still shows how irrelevant the in-game gold economy is. It is somewhat mind-boggling how worthless is the time of those regular players who farm. Spend a day in boredom just to get the price of a pizza.

It has some other impressive achievements. Having a single server (well, two) really adds to the sense of unity and historicity. It is also notable because the world is absolutely huge and somewhat interesting if you are a fan of that lore. I am not a fan, but I would be pleased if something like that existed for a setting like Planescape or even Forgotten Realms. I imagine it must be fun to roleplayers who like TES lore.

So the game is pay to win on top of being buy to play, really good recommendation.
Then again the benefits of the subscription with infinite crafting bag and double bank space are already pay to win though so not much new there.

I remember a guy from a trader guild i used to run with that bought most of the DLCs and even some expansions with gold, i mean he was like the ultimate jew when it came down to trading and could recover a lot of gold quickly, he never spent a cent in the game after the initial 5$ for the CD key of the game but he had every DLC.
