Skyrim. Being launched 300000 feet in the air by a giant's Club was awesome.

More serious answer: obviously Silent Storm. Asshole shooting at you from guard Tower? Shoot out its legs, bringing him crashing Down. Want to get inside a Building? No problem, blow a hole in a wall! Oops, was that a weight bearing wall? Sucks to be you, Building now collapsed on your ass.

Being launched in the air for 3 minutes with that F1 car from minor bump (or sometimes no reason) was awesome. We actually competed who can get a longer hang-time and made our own tracks designed to have most ridiculous crashes.
Still my favorite and most played racing game :cool:
