Hi folks - i run www.mmortsgamers.com and found your site while on StrategyCore.co.uk. Saw the name and fell in love LOLOL. Superb. Its the association with RPG I would ditch and get yer own forum

We play MMORTS and I will spa...mention more about that another time. Suffice to say, I am happy to discover another Strategy focused forum and some of your articles look very interesting- may put you on our newsfeed page (probably just for the name but lets pretend its the content eh? )

    I'll be back...

Vimes is kinda cool. When I was younger I wanted to be like him, but I ended up being like Rincewind, but without the ability to get out of trouble. Or anything else.

What if LOLOL were the password to some bandit camp he wants to infiltrate, though?

    !

The Codex is the bandit camp!

Hey Vimes, thanks for stopping by.
Perhaps you should ditch the MMO association and get a real genre.

lol - now now - the forum posted in says...

As to landing with a splash - I am not one for a quiet chat typically - anything bordering a flame is fine by me just be constructive in your abuse ;)

Yes I bought Colour of Magic when it was first released.. I am that old indeed but so are a lot of the RTS genre.

I am no bot - you will by now have nosed around and any google for mmorts will show me every page just about - I am spammy though - we don't have huge developers feeding us content - we define our own games and highlight small developers and independents over any large producers.

As to the genre - get used to hearing about it - 2008 will be a very busy year  MMORTS was what RTS was made for - go on admit it ...go on. go on,,,go on...
