There is pretty much nothing you can do. I played around with the settings for the same reason, and nothing works. It seems to be something that the Codex staff had fucked up somewhere along the line.

Just make a trash email address and direct all your notification emails there.

If you don't want to see the emails just set up a spam filter.

I see this guy keeps changing his email from one temp address to another. What exactly are you complaining about dude, the emails you get asking you to confirm the new addresses?

I would love to explain what kind of mails I'm receiving, but I'm using a 10 minutes mail and the issue arose only in the last two weeks. Before I've never had any issue. So something must have happened.

Edit: for your new post:
No mate, the issue arose in the last two weeks. I shouldn't be receiving any mails because it makes no sense that after confirmation I keep receiving mails for who knows which reason. But the problem is that I've never had any issue before and it's been a really long while since I registered. So it makes no sense for this issue to appear now, while it could have appeared in the year that I've been here.

Edit 2: if you have issue troubleshooting which kind of mails I'm receiving, I could use a true account for once, even if I love my privacy.
