Serpent in the Staglands Divinity: Original Sin Project: Eternity Torment: Tides of Numenera Shadorwun: Hong Kong
I hadn't actually tried since early beta when it was too slow. I just decided to enable slow down on enemy sighted and it's a revelation to me. I finally get that relaxed in control feeling that I've heard other people talk about with IE games.

To anyone else who is a pausaholic in IE games, I strongly urge you to give it a try.

I'm playing on hard and have rarely used slow mode. Why do I bother writing this? Because I intended to use slow mode, but I just pause instead. I did it even in slow mode, so I just play at normal speed.

With slow mode, I use the "auto slow mode in battle scaling slow depending on numbers" option, I never need to pause, even against large amounts of varied enemies. I am playing on hard. I will play on Heart of Fury mode in my second play through to see if this still stands to be the case. Keep in mind I am not that far in the game, I have spent time experimenting with builds, even ones that are really retarded (I want to break Sawyer's game), and exploring.

Grab the Codex by the pussy Codex USB, 2014 Steve gets a Kidney but I don't even get a tag.
I don't use slow mode, but fast mode is one of my favorite features. No more waiting for my party to slowly walk from one side of the screen to the other.
