Is Ultima Online still around in any form?

Is it still possible to play Ultima Online -especially as it was in its heyday? I always heard how it's a classic, but missed out on it.

There was one called UO Second Age that attempted to be a perfect replica of UO circa-1999. It used to be big but its population has fallen a lot.

There are other servers with more players but I don't play any that incorporate custom or post-T2A UO shit like Renaissance.
