King Arthur's Gold

So, anybody playing this? I've just found out about it today. It's basically Terraria with three classes (builder, archer, knight) no crafting and more fighting. There are two teams, you are given some time to build a castle to defend your flag. After the time expires you set off to capture enemy flag (or defend your own).

I thought King Arthur Gold came out that includes all addons so I don't have to wrap my head around all the fucking patches for each expansion

Learn to read Skyway, you might save yourself some future disappointment .

On topic though, I really reccomend this game. It's free and loads of fun if you play with the right people (griefers can be pain in the ass, but I've seen admins dealing with them quickly).

So i tried it out and it is fun.

The first few mins in a match where every one is building is Hectic and FUN.
I tend to stay back and build higher and higher towers with Catapults.

 

Same here. That being said, this does seem like a pretty cool little game. Will give it a try.

Gotta love the Wilhelm scream. I like how it realistically changes volume depending on distance. Truly immersive.

 

Just bear in mind that gravity affects blocks unlike in Terraria or Minecraft. Enemy can destroy the base of your tower and it'll fall apart (usually crushing everyone beneath ) .

I usually dig a deep pit, build a trap bridge over it and fill the botom with spikes. Very simple and very effective.

 

Sounds like a medieval, 2D version of that Ace of Spades game that never seemed able to connect.

 

I know that so i try to reinforce it and make things like triple walls and extra supports all over the place, but sometimes it falls and that is also fun.

 

KAG is very nice, quite possibly the best indie game to date AND it's gonna get only bigger because it's still in alpha, also apart from minecraft and terraria it has actual gameplay, latest news :
