King's Bounty Demo Rediscovered

    <p>The demo for <strong><a href="http://www.kings-bounty.com/" target="_blank">King's Bounty: The Legend</a></strong> has been updated with more enemy critters, a better translation, and improved video card support. Snatch all 682 mb of it right <a href="http://www.gamershell.com/news_61378.html" target="_blank">here</a>.</p><p>While you're waiting for the download, have a gander at some reviews from <a href="http://gamingshogun.com/Article/2374/Kings_Bounty__The_Legend_Review.html" target="_blank">GamingShogun</a>, <a href="http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/battle-lord/912879p1.html" target="_blank">Gamespy</a> (4.5/5), and <a href="http://digitalchumps.com/game-reviews/39-pc/1416.html" target="_blank">Digital Chumps</a> (8.8/10).     You forgot to include the IGN review, that's easily the most retarded of the bunch. Drawing comparisons to Diablo, for instance.

    Also, another change from the previous demo is the seeming lack of SecuROM.

    Almost the same thing as the previous one, with some additional baddies here and there. I think the main difference is the bugfixes, upcoming in the 1.6.5 version.

    From what I've played, this is easily worth $30 unless you can't handle the bright color scheme or are expecting some sort of larger scale strategy to go with the tactical battles.

    Also, that picture makes me angry and sad.
