Aaarrrghh - I forgot my laptop on the plane and when I went to ask @SAS for it they a) told me it’s my problem, b) told me they sent the laptop away from the airport to another town (1/2)

So I called the police(!) in the other town but they told me it wasn’t my laptop. I told them I could prove it by logging in. They told me - call us back tomorrow afternoon - not your laptop (2/3)

I dared tell @sas that I often forget shit and never had my stuff sent away from airport to obscure town(seriously - why would u send it away from the airport) - got told off , and that this is standard in all airports. Then got referred to online database (3/4)

Online database told me to stop bothering it and that while it had a MacBook Pro on stock, it wasn’t mine cause....they could tell. And call back tomorrow (after I left country) (4/5)

I obviously understand they have many MacBook pros left on airplanes so there’s a chance it isn’t mine but I don’t get how they can tell by just looking at the thing. (5/6)

They don’t want to let me near the thing and got really rude about me trying to get my laptop back at the @sas assistance desk in Copenhagen airport. I am a very tolerant person BUT (6/7)

That laptop contains all of my work I did in the last month. Pretty pls @SAS - you can do this.

So here’s the right thing to do @Sas - get the laptop back in the airport , let me touch it so I can demonstrate it’s mine, give it back and apologise. Who the hell sends lost luggage out of the airport anyway? (And apparently you also charge for getting stuff back)

Going to sleep now and will think of you @Sas. I am sure your job ain’t easy because you need to deal with processes made by a genius. But you are better than that genius. You can do this.

To end on a positive note, I read an amazing origin story today . It’s a long way off but you are all going to love it. Also - @sas will fix my life tomorrow. They will do everything they can to get me the laptop that contains all I did in the last month, right @sas?
