It's a manual thing at the moment - I enabled it for those who already had the P:E tag/banner enabled. Otherwise that'd require editing the php thingy or some such, which only DU could do when/if he'd get around to it (i.e. never).

So currently, if you donated for an MCA avatar and want the banner enabled/disabled, PM me or something.
