There are so many, and they've been listed numerous times in similar threads.

I guess one I haven't mentioned was probably seeing the Diablo intro for the first time after installing it. Completely drew me in, and the game really unsettled me when I played it. The Tristram theme still brings back all those memories, and the feeling of relative safety as you return to town... but there's still that really unsettling note in the music. The atmosphere is just something else.
