You don't need an interview to figure out microtransactions are going to fuck the game. Japs are just another flavour of Asians, and their cousins the Koreans are the masters of bullshit microtransaction models.
"Hey, Snake, would you rather improve your base by doing the same bullshit mission 8 times for 3 hours so you can get enough space cash for the necessary upgrades? Or would you rather pay five bucks?"
The game has base building which involves waiting set periods of time for tasks to complete, tasks that only allow the player to either initiate or terminate them. That is basically the freemium payment model.

MGS6 will either not come at all or Konami will do something like "Metal Gear Solid: Electric Boogaloo", where they will give the game to some western developer lead by a bunch of Metal Gear Solid fanboys who think they know the franchise better than anyone else, prove they don't, and fuck up the face of the franchise even more than the franchise itself does to the unprepared.
