I don't understand how this works. I click "install on my device" and then it tells me it will attempt to install it but nothing happens. Is there a client I need to download or something

Also, I am assuming you need Windows 10 for this even though it never explicitly says that anywhere. So no dice for me unless I want to play shit with very low sys requirements on my Windows 10 laptop

Yes, Play Anywhere is limited to Windows 10. Windows 10 has the XBox game interface built in by default, which also means I have an XBox account from the old Windows Live gamer tag by default, even though I never owned any kind of XBox (or console of any kind).

The reason why I hesitated despite the "enormous" $1 investment was because I don't really see much of anything that interests me in that list. Maybe "We Happy Few"...
