Anyone played the civil war 'the blue and gray' mod for ETW? Looks pretty interesting.

Nope , i doubt anyone outside of US , would be interest in US civil war. + The whole appeal of ETW was big grand campaign map which this mod i believe limits.

If done right, it could be just as grand.

Just separate the country into different theaters.

Yeah well the campaign map cannot be modified in Empire (yet) and in the next version they want to put the campaign into the Americas map from the Empire TW America campaign, and into the Warpath map for those who have that DLC (which is slightly bigger than vanilla's America map), so it won't be half as grand as E:TW's campaign.

Still, I like the American Civil War even though I'm not American. It's just an interesting war, due to being in the late 19th century and combining some of the first modern warfare elements with the old 18th century musketry warfare.

Does this mod fixes broken mechanics of the original or just "looks good"?
