This might be the most profound horror film of all time. This is like the Heart of Dorkness that terrifies even the most dedicated Eve Online player. World of Warcraft is normie town next to this kind of stuff. It would be a step up in this guy's next life (or first life, if you think about it) to be a Chinese gold miner, either WoW or meatspace doesn't matter.

Sonic games don't count by the way, because they're already as autistic as possible, with their levels designed on pointless memorization instead of organic, creative skill. RPG's are less wonkish than Sonic games.

Speedruns of Super Mario are pretty autistic. Specially Mario 64.

Tool assisted speedruns? specially the ones about long JRPGs. Imagine having to go frame by frame when completing one of those...
