Need to find this game (WW2? RTS? 2D?)

Okay. I remembered a game that I played long time ago, only a demo. So, please, help me find this game. Here's some things I remember:
- It was 2D, Top-Down and an invisible grid (1 unit, 1 square)
- Cartoonish like graphics. Allies green, Nazis gray.
- Missions were more like from Commandos: destroy this thing, help these guys or kill all nazis
- You could control tanks or other vehicles (after your guys went in them)
- You had an ambulance car that could save/heal your guys
- There was no in mission recruitment (of that I remember)
- You had units that could infiltrate or kill in a distance

Blitzkrieg (or one of its many spin-offs with the same engine) or Sudden Strike come to mind. Or perhaps even Z on account of the cartoonish side and the tanks your little men can get into.

I know. It has robots. Memories play tricks on people however and the other stuff made me consider it an option.

It's very obscure. :/ I remember that the graphics were so cartoony that the soldiers had giant heads w/ helmets.

There is an RTS game where you can control cameramen and they are kind of used to gather resources ("media" harvesting). I can't remember the name of it but I think it was cartoonish.

This one perhaps? It has the traditional hex based view for the campaign but jumps to a closer up when battles start.
