is there more places in demo version than,burial mound,tiu grove,maradas swap,cattanford,marcomanni and homevillage?
and are there caves in every village?

No; it seems you've explored all the villages/places the Demo Version has to offer.

Caves: Yes; there are a couple of caves in each of these places (except for Cattanford), some inhabited by animals, some with treasures, some empty.
Generally I've placed some caves almost everywhere (to make up for the lack of monster-filled dungeons that Fantasy RPGs usually offer).

You can also find many caves in the forest between the settlements (where you get held up by robbers) - and these will be in diffent spots for every forest, i.e. it pays to explore the surrounding area every time you get held up on your travels.
