    Its not that easy.

I come out of Tribble now and I luck out and managed to group and started most of my reputation projects (that is one Elite STF and one Romulan Fleet Action, I had enough from the STF but not enough from the Romulan for both projects), timer is as I said 1 day and 17 hours and that means just to get out Tier 0 is over two days, it will progressive get worst.

I am going to assume if you rush you can get full store access in two weeks (one project was 2000 XP and the other 800 XP) but I need to get out of Tier 0 to see whats next, especially that 3rd slot I have that I cannot put anything (there are just 2 projects) so its 3-4 days before I can actually see T1 projects if lucky in Tribble grouping.

No, I never hold hope for Season 7 after I read about the Reputation system and the Fleet Embassy were its season 8 were the die will be cast but I likely be staying since I invested money into the game.

The big question for me is what of Season 7 that I might play, there is just too many mouths to feed with Dilithium as it stands for me to be doing that without having to tap into my Zen resources and they would dry out if I tried.

A few days is nothing. The dilithium is ow, though, even for me. Those kinds of costs are going to entail hours of dilithium farming on top of the hours of dilithium farming needed to pay for existing costs, and the additional dilithium farming required to pay for the costs of dilithium farming. I've had to expand production even more to pay for increasing costs of expanding production. It's a nasty case of the bureaucracy expanding to meet the needs of expanding bureaucracy.

Yea, it remains to be seen how it turns out, but doesn't look that good so far. Seems some suits also shot down the idea they talked about, the whole thing about lowering the requirements for projects so smaller fleets don't run into trouble (that or we had some BAWWWWW from giant fleets).

Well you can give Champions a whirl. Mary liked it quite a bit.

Well gais, now we can say "we spent months working our asses off, and all we got was something to do the Picard Maneuver with."

Here's the Odyssey uniform (costs Dil and Fleet Credits to unlock):

FC, not marks. So it's really more like 23K dil. But yes, that uniform looks more or less indistinguishable from every other set of Federation pajamas. I bet the KDF version is better.

There is no evidence to suggest that they ever actually intended to follow through. It's just one more in a long series of lies.

Eh, too much work. I have my hands full abusing one game. I prefer being a serial abuser.

You know, they might lower it after the big fleets each T5 Starbase and so will no longer sink Dilithium into the system and everyone else had come to a halt as a incentive to make small fleets to start working on projects again but it might come too late.

Until then, its not going to happen because the idea is to push people to buy Zen to convert to Dilithium, I advice you to stockpile and dont convert Dilithium into until Zen until after Season 7 starts because with the new sinks the exchange rate will go even lower, I will not be surprised if it goes as low as 100 Dilithium per Zen point.

That is kinda of a problem I have, they are looking at the Dilithium as THE means to monetize the game instead of the Zen Store ... but they cannot keep adding more and more Dilithium sinks into the game without at one point half the player base walking out because they are going to pay $25 every month to do anything.

Personally my wager was that Chinese Overlords shot down the idea (they talked about slashing the requirements earlier, when the devs told they are aware that they're way too high) and they just try to hope it's forgotten.

Another thing whoever is setting to prices might not be getting is that if the Dil rate drops further, it's likely that sales of real Zen will drop too, since at 80 Zen possible a day people might decide to work towards premium ships instead of endless Dil sinks.

EDIT: Btw, Embassy project costs are on the Wiki. Doesn't actually seem that bad.

I'll play a Twi'Lek Jedi. Or Sith. Whatever, it's the same thing, they all deal in absolutes.

Play I still what? CO? Not so much, after maxing out and gearing up I kinda ran out of things to do, lol. Might start over somethin else though, if I can get another free-form thing.

Still on Mabinogi Queeroes mostly at the moment and eagerly anticipating the next PWE thing, RaiderZ, it might be a GW2 rip off but with better outfits, yey! At least I sure hope so.

Well, first thing to choose is how you'll want to play the game. Your career and ship type of choice are what determines this.

EDIT: And of course, post your Username@charname so you can get invited to the Fleet.

Oh, hey. Did you hear that, unlike the Federation Fishy Tank, the Klingon version actually does something? You can get a minor ground buff from it, which is incompatible with tribbles, but beats the "fuck all" that the Fed version gives.

So I've been reading the wiki and apparently you can't make a klingon character right away, what kind of nonsense is that? Does it take long to level up to that pre-requisite level?

Well you can buy a Klingon Fed character if you want to but I think you mean KDF.

And yes, it takes some levels but it does not take that long to unlock it, maybe a week depending how much you play.

Yea, isn't it at level 24? Week should be a fairly good average estimate if you know the tricks.

Are all capital letters included? The characters are specific in Cryptic's games, so for example Valkar@vaarna_aarne wouldn't become valkar@vaarnaaarne.

Btw drakron, you got the ability to invite people to our chat channel? If not, I'll add that next time I'm online.

Btw, they now have a dev-blog on the upcoming Reputation System:

    http://sto.perfectworld.com/news/?p=726221

If I'm interpreting this correctly, our existing set items are going to be recycled automatically. Now, if the promised rate is enough, that's not too bad, but still... FUCK. Oh well, at least I've got to keep my MACO suit, and we can easily acquire replacements from the Starbase.

No word yet if the Console has to be bought now or not. However, the Kinetic Beam seems like a potentially highly valued weapon. Depending on how it is, might even replace Torpedoes on some Cruisers.
