    This is a warning to all Codexers that Opera is a fraud browser and you probably shouldn't use it.

    Start button, if you're on windows 10 just start typing "prog" otherwise settings, "apps" (oooh Windows is trendy now) then start typing "Opera" in the search bar.
    Choose it and uninstall. That gets rid of the fraud warning permanently.
