Fredrik, one of the Paradox bigshots, said something kind of disturbing on the Paradox Interactive blog today.

After my blog on MMOs, I have had several people contacting me with different suggestions on who we can contact for cooperation. I would be very surprised if Paradox does not go into a cooperation with an MMO company within a year.

First Stardock and now Paradox. Come on people, don't you know most of these things fail horribly?

Y'know, an EU-like MMO where everyone owns a country and such could be pretty interesting if it was done right. Think NationStatesn a massive scale and MUCH more in-depth in terms of policy, diplomacy, military and so on.

They were making an MMO years ago weren't they? based on warzone (a miniature tabletop game).
