For a final decision i need more data. With the armor equipped i cannot estimate the athletes abilities. Have it removed so we can come to a professional conclusion.

Serious question. Can you reach level 20??? I am at the start of Pitax and level 16. So basically like pre-EE... am I wrong? Did I miss anything?
