You know, I would have gone with the default I think, but since picking him will apparently piss off everyone in game AND some stranger on the internet, fuck it, Lander it is!

Edit: Also, the banquet scene is hilarious with all these animal companions. It's like a fucking petting zoo. Wish I had leveled up the members I wasn't using and given them bears or mammoths or something.

to say you're going to let that little shit stay dead instead of bringing him back. Also they have fixed the project to deal with his spies, so that's OK now.

is Dazzling Display a trap pick?

Also, is one of the companions a Ranger? I went over their stuff and the favored enemy mechanics seem very good and now I want one. Who said Rangers were bad!!!!!1

Dazzling Display is not really a "trap pick", but you need to know what you are doing and why.

Aside from -2 to attack which is meh, Shaken provides -2 to all saves. If you manage to stack it with other things which lower saves (Enchantment, Diviner, Necromancy - note it also has Shaken in it though, like, Doom is level 1 spell on Clerics list) and play it well into your action management routine (because it is a good idea to actually spend a round and activate it right before you hit them with some spell), you can achieve interesting things targeting correct enemy saves.

Granted well built Caster easily overcomes correct saves on Hard, but it might be reasonable combo on Unfair.

Note you need pretty high value in it, I managed to reach err +45 I believe on 2 Handed Fighter, which auto-Shakens basically anything - regardless of saves and spell resistance. But I picked like Feats for intimidate and all that stuff.

Personally I prefer just casting 2 spells instead of 1 but if you like combos wombos it's okay I guess.

This Feat would have had more value if game followed the rule of only Highest level spell affecting enemy at one moment, because as for now you can spam various metamagic-ed CC spells stunlocking stuff even with high saving throws. And same with area damaging spells of course.

I saw screenshots of other people's capital looking way cooler than mine. I think my capital still looks like a village even though it's upgraded... :(

Obama is a ranger. Very worth a monk (sensei) dip at around lvl 11-12.

By the way Reddit community is waaaay more advanced than Steam-bog. They like, post relevant information and stuff and enjoy the game.

Yes you can rate me Old, I don't really actively participate, but nice to see something different than autistic whining over dumb shit, including useful info like master items and discussion on endgame enemies with their stats dragged out from Pathfinder Bestiary.

Playng a Lawful character is stressful. Most of the dialogue choices involve Neutral and Chaotic options. I'm inclined to take up Lawful Evil options when I'm roleplaying Lawful Good just to get some Lawful points in or risk not being able to level as a Monk.

People claimed that it's very hard to stay one alignment until the end but I didn't have much issues on my CE character. Yes, you most likely move away from your initially perfect alignment but for me it was never bad enough to switch completely. Maybe LG is a different beast but still.

According to forums, the quest is still counted as "complete" for his ending and triggers the appropriate events later in the game. I just want to know what that last Biography card says, though!

I noticed that around the 1.0.13 or so patch the main menu load time increased somewhat, but I've been playing from and SSD the entire time so I never found them to be really bad.

e: I meant DEcreased somewhat. I need some sleep. Derp.

I've got an M.2 SSD and 64 Gigs of RAM, and I literally had to stop playing because of load times. Specifically when doing kingdom management.

Sadly I've played 1.0.13, and didn't notice any real improvements to zone load times...maybe they'll get around to it some day...

Do you have a lot of save files? I believe those have an impact on load times, for whatever convoluted reasons. Probably because of the spaghetti code Owlcat uses.

I'd been holding off starting Pitax because I started running into a few bugs, but couldn't help myself - and damn, I love Irovetti, these guys are really good at writing real charming yet hateable bastards. Plus they put you in a situation where you don't necessarily want to call him out on everything as soon as you get to Rushlight, but you can't just let him alpha you, either. It's great.

Anyone else noticed stuttering slow response time in the menus? I haven't played in a while, but decided to yesterday and it was incredibly annoying, but i also have no idea which ppatch did it because there's been like10 or more since I last played "for real" long enough to jotice a change like this.
