I could see the possibility of a not-completely-terrible ending for a Lich, but not for the Swarm. I'm willing to bet the ending slide for that will be the Swarm alone on the planet after having eaten everyone, hungrily looking to expand in other Planes.

 

I restarted my WotR playthrough to get some of that sweet CG goodness. Writers are hopelessly biased toward CG.

 

The time travel stuff you can do as an Aeon sounds awesome. I just reloaded to right before the wardstone to destroy it for the Aeon (you meet a mostly dead Aeon when you find the weapon you can use to cleanse or destroy the wardstone) and take its ability to perceive anomalies.

Nice. Is she Romanceable? At what age is it morally fine to romance a dragon?

 

Why is the first question always "is she romanceable?"? And then having to qualify that with "is she old enough?"? If you have to ask that, she's probably too young for you, dude.

 

Why would you want to be a snake person with pigeon wings? Pure human till the end!

 

I don't have access to the Alpha. I'm just trying to cover my bases. For all I know the Dragon is anywhere between 2 months old to 6 thousand years old. I just want to romance a dragon and don't want to accidentally become a pedo because apparently there was some rule in some Pathfinder rule book declaring when a dragon reaches maturity from 6 years ago

No, this isn't an exhaustive list because there are also men you can romance. I don't remember the last time I played as a male character* (or romanced an NPC in a video game for that matter).

That will be some next level fetish lol. A snake pigeon fucking a dragon....it really makes you think.

 

Nothing out of the ordinary in furry-world. And they prefer to be called scalies.

 

I think it's fair to have almost only fucked-up romance options. You are fighting in a crusade against the worst evils the multiverse has to offer, that shit fucks with your sanity.

 

And people were worried the game will cater too much to the good and lawful alignments...

 

The only romances in RPGs that are worth a damn are Jedi Exile + Visas (they understand each other's pain), Nameless One + Deionarra, Regongar + Octavia (they found comfort in each other during their mutual slavery), aaaaand that's it? There should be, you know, chemistry in the romances. Having a harem of available meat to romance is beyond tasteless tbh.

That's why I think fucked-up options are a good compromise. It's not like an exhibition where you are invited to gawk at and choose. Can't wait to make Camellia cum while my insects are devouring a virgin alive. And yes, Roguey, I told you she's mine.

Dragon Age: Origins romance with Morrigan is not complete trash and it's worth experiencing at least for the ritual dialogue before the fight with the archdemon. You are left with the doubt she started everything only to manipulate you into giving her what she wants, but it's clear that in the end she developed feelings and is trying to ignore them to follow her lifelong objective.

Haer'Dalis-Aerie romance is interesting even if toxic (but the Regongar-Octavia relationship is just as toxic).

 

Morrigan suffers from typecasting syndrome. She's the woman who "needs to be tamed" and doesn't know she needs intimacy until you come along. Those kinds of harems are the worst, just an assortment of "types" you get to choose from. That's not all there is to Morrigan, but it's almost all.

On the other hand, we have Borch Three Jackdaws from "The Witcher". And I can assure you that guys from Owlcats read the Russian publication of "The Witcher".

 

The most realistic romance I have seen in an RPG is the Jaheira one, and you are all just a bunch of Jaheira haters.
