    For players? Enjoying a nearly completed game while pointing our imbalances and other, non mechanical issues. You know, gameplay part. Coders should know how to code or hire external teams to check stability/bugs.

    There has to be a mostly working game to be tested. It could be that Paradox/Ageod games are really an unplayable mess in beta.
    Considering the state of EU3 on release, I shrug to think how the beta test looked. And Malakal seems to imply that he was at some point an unpaid drone testing games for free. :salute:
    Also, look at Elemental War of Magic on release. It was not playable. I cant imagine how the beta testing worked...

    Lets expand this thread by defining fanboy, beta test, fun and naive. :M

    I did beta test some games. It was a horrible horrible experience I do not wish to repeat. Because of bugs...
