After what appeared to be a possible Catherine teaser on Steam through Bayonetta’s Steam page, we got another piece of the puzzle as ESRB just updated their rating for Catherine with a PC version.



Catherine is rated M (Mature 17+). Its content descriptors are: Blood, Partial Nudity, Sexual Themes, Strong Language, Use of Alcohol, Violence.

Goddamnit, why wouldn't they just release Persona 5 instead? Catherine isn't going to sell nearly as much as P5 would have, so I hope it doesn't ruin our chances for other ATLUS games on PC in the future.

Makes me wonder who's doing the port. One of SEGA's favorite port houses (like Little Stone Software)? But this is Atlus, maybe they insisted that they do port themselves. Then Catherine should be an easier introduction as it was made with Gamebryo and is also available on Xbox.

Full Body have not released it. Perhaps they are testing the waters. Given the date they are releasing Catherine on PC, I don't think they are going to release Full Body so soon on PC, if only they release Full Body for free to those that buy Catherine on PC.
