There's a couple of threads about OST but they're probably on general gaming.

Well

1. Fantasy General (every single one of them) - Opera singers and orchestra
2. Dark Sun : Shattered Lands (same but i particularly like the intro theme and the desert one ) - Flute, digital music special effects (wind)

Whole soundtrack of Legends of Eisenwald is amazing, but the first track (By the Fire) is still stuck in my head and makes me whistle it uncontrollably sometimes

Third RoA has the best soundtrack, even better than Star Trail. I believe it's Guido Henkel's work. Dat sax solo at the end :incline:

Not RPGs, but Steel Panthers and Warhammer 40k: Chaos Gate had a pretty good soundtrack.

Deus Ex as well

The combined remastered intro theme for World of Xeen

And the Wizardry 7 intro theme

Pronouns: rusts/rusty
Pathfinder: Wrath I'm very into cock and ball torture
Icewind Dale 2: Skeleton of a Town, I still remember listening to this during my first playthrough of the game and getting goosebumps. This music and the beautiful scenery of Targos under the snow are what made me fall in love with the game, they made me dream endlessly about the infinite possibilities of a game like that. In the end, those dreams and hopes were betrayed by IWD2, but it's thanks to this game that I discovered tabletop rpgs and, because of this, I can forgive all its flaws.

The Dale and the Spine of the World are still my favorite places in Faerun.
