On one hand, DU massively fucked up by doing as little as mentioning someone's RL name. The reason is irrelevant, this is a big no-no for someone to do who has access to financial information related to many Codexers.

What precedent you stupid cunt? Why would DU intentionally give away anyone's data if something as mundane as mentioning a member's first name causes atomic butthurt of a few individuals. If your name is "John Miller", then probably not. I'm pretty sure my name is unique though, at least regarding information you find on the internet.

Then again, we are looking at a first name only leaked here. In most cases, this shouldn't be too much of an issue. It's a matter of principle though. This should not happen.

By "name" I meant a first name. Here in Poland, when someone is formally accused the media are forbidden from publishing their personal data - not a first name though, so if you're name is "Adolf Hitler", they call you "Adolf H."
